So deep, that it took over an hour to find -- after we had been given a tutorial on the subject. Even after Damien Tournoud had been kind enough to point it out, it still took some searching. It's very important for us to make this great usability feedback tool a bit more, well, usable.
Boris Mann points to the difficulty of adding this is a new status to the queue. I can appreciate that we're talking about a big change in the rollout process. On the other hand, let's unbury it if we can. For starters, can we simply keep the tags fieldgroup expanded, and add instructional text for designers? Can we add an <a name=""> anchor tag to the forms, and be able to skip down from the top of the page?
I'm very happy to be proven wrong about the Design Issue Queue. We're all anxious to get the usability and design folks in our community to participate in the issue queue. Please, let's not make it a treasure hunt for them.

Please add issues to the issue queue
Good ideas. To implement change on the drupal.org site (and most of its supporting infrastructure), please start by filing an issue in the issue queue. The Webmasters issue queue is probably the right spot for it: http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/webmasters
