Using Drupal 7, I successfully:
- installed the Ctools module 1.0
- installed the Services module 3.1
- copied Scpyc.php to services\servers\rest_server\lib
- applied the ctools patch to services from http://drupal.org/node/1355568
- created the noteresource sample from http://drupal.org/node/783460
- setup up the js-api/note endpoint
I tried http://localhost/js-api/note/1.json and receive the proper json but it also returns a 404 error. In the Apache error log, I have the following error:
[Fri Jul 27 14:19:33 2012] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: C:/TEMP/Drupal/js-api
Can anyone help me fix this error?

I'm getting the same error almost
I'm getting 404s for all of my Drupal service calls, even though I'm receiving correct responses. It works correctly on my local (Mac OX 10.10, Apache/2.4.9), but I've just deployed to a DigitalOcean instance (Ubuntu 14.04, Apache/2.4.7). I'm guessing maybe there's a configuration difference between my local and the remote server. But I'm not seeing any errors in my /var/log/apache2/error.log.
