Happy New Year Everyone!! This came to me this morning and I figured I would post it before I forgot! :) If I remember correctly when we met last June that we had decided to put off having the NH Drupal Camp till Spring. Now that it's January I think we really need to start focusing on this if do intend to have a NH Camp this Spring. I'm kind of thinking it should be on the adjenda for the meetups this month.

Lets have a sub-discussion to first identify all dates that we should avoid. j2parker already mentioned March 16th and 17th are out, what other events are on in the late March -through- May timeline?

I'd also suggest leaning toward a later available date to avoid potential snow storms, and to give us a little more time.

If we're going to look at a school campus for a location we may need to consider that the most of May would not be available do to finals and graduations.

Manchester Meeting
At last night's meeting both Jake & Michelle said that they would not have the time to run this years Drupal Camp. I'm willing to help run it but only if there are others willing to voluteer and take on some of the work. If someone wants to co-chair that's great and if someone has plenty of time and wants to take it all on that fine too! :)
To get us going we need to focus on the following:
Location: Where and what's available
Date: If we still want to do it this spring then the weekends of 4/20-21, 4/27-28 & 5/4-5 maybe out best choices.
Web Site: We have the domain, and I believe the shell of what was used last year, would need a new theme (maybe) and some tweaking.

If anyone can think of anything else please speak up.
I don't have the time to do this all by myself so unless people can volunteer to help we won't be able to have a Camp this spring.
