Is there any interest in holding a sprint session for core Drupal 8 in Scotland?

Everyone is welcome; if you have built a site in Drupal, you can contribute. We will split into pairs and work on Drupal core issues. Bring your laptop. If possible, install git before coming and git clone Drupal 8 core. For new folks: you can get a head start also by making an account on Drupal.org and taking a look at the Drupal Ladder

Def a sprint session would be great
the dates would be ideal as well
Yup, I'd be up for that!

Me too
We have discussed organising a sprint at drupal drinks in the past and there was also talk about holding a drupal ladder session/event prior to the sprint help to get everyone possibly interested up to speed with core contributing.
I know Joachim, you won't need any help there, but I would think we could offer some mentoring, or perhaps at least pairing less experienced devs with someone more experienced and going through the drupal ladder as a paired programming session or even as a group.

I'm keen
I'd love to get involved in the sprint, but I think I would definitely benefit from a ladder session beforehand.
I'm a fairly experienced Drupal dev in terms of site building and custom module development, but contributing in any way to core would be a bit of a jump so a ladder session would be ideal.
+1
I'm interested. As long as it's somewhere I can plug in my laptop otherwise it'll probably be a very short sprint for me!
