Commerce Payment Gateway in Japan?

Hi Guys,

I'm very active in our community PHDUG (Philippine Drupal User Group) and currently in Japan for 3 months vacation, currently i have a cousin with a physical shop and wanted to put it online.

Any recommendation for a cheapest and instant payment gateway (Credit Card) here in Japan? Any site i can visit guys.

I'm currently in Shinjuku, anybody for a coffee meetup (Anyone can speak english nearby?)

I implemented a payment module for the GMO payment service for Ubercart a while back. I have no idea about the rates of their service, but their API at least was competent. The module would need to be ported to be used with Drupal Commerce (I don't recommend using Ubercart for new builds anymore).
