We have an Austin location for the Global Sprint Weekend 2015! The focus is on Drupal 8 core issues but come anyway if you want to work on contrib or something else.
We'll have mentors available to first time contributors. You'll need a laptop and dev environment to participate.

Tips for tomorrow's (1/17) sprint at Capital Factory
We’re excited to see everyone tomorrow for Drupal sprint weekend 2015! Here’s some additional information to help for the event.
Don’t forget to bring your laptop (and headphones). If you want to setup a development environment ahead of time, we recommend Acquia Dev Desktop. There are also more detailed instructions at https://www.drupal.org/dev-env. If you need help getting set up, there will be mentors available.
We’ll have food! In the morning there will be breakfast tacos, coffee and orange juice. For lunch we’ll have sandwiches, fresh chips and salsa. There will be vegetarian options for those who are interested. Feel free to bring your own food and/or drink if you’d like.
Parking at the Omni: You can get parking validation from Capital Factory that reduces the total cost to $5.00. Street parking is available for $1/hr (max 3 hrs). There are other garages and parking lots in the area. Information about costs can be found at parkme.com (http://bit.ly/1sHeiqG).
