I'm getting tired of repeatedly uploading the same photos. Is there some sort of ability to create a library of already uploaded images that can be used? Joomla and others have such a feature, why not Drupal (at least a module)?

Download filefield sources: http://drupal.org/project/filefield_sources
Install the module as usual via admin/build/modules
Then go to: admin/content/types
Edit the node-type for which you want to change it.
For example: admin/content/node-type/article/fields/field_thumbnail_image
Then scroll to filefield sources and tick the box for "IMCE file browser"
After that create an article and you should be fine!

You could use the imagefield
You could use the imagefield bulk upload module to upload a lot of images at once, and then use a nodereference to call those images when you need to insert them into a node.

I'm building our new teamsite with op2.0 and have modified the base theme to our own theme and translation to dutch as well.
I find OP to be very nice, although things like calais which have only english support are unusable.
If you need help with something, give me a shout and i'll see what I can do :)
