Can open publish support mentions and creating feeds based on terms like tattler

Hi

I use tattler because it searches the web based on my terms and creates feeds automatically.

This removes the steps of researching feeds myself.

Does open publish have this ability.

Or can someone explain if there is an external service which will allow me to find feeds? Can I then import them into Openpublish?
