Install Problem: Themes Messed-Up

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I keep trying to install OP2.1 and the themes always appear wrong, as if the CSS is never loaded. The files all look to be there and the features work - just the interface is unstyled. Is there a way of correcting this, or determining the cause? Thanks (I'm on my third install at the moment.)

Try clearing Drupal cache and also see what happens if you aggregate CSS under performance.

Same problem

I have also the same problem. Nothing is organized correctly. Menus in front page are messed up, admin side bar doesn't appear and appears at the bottom of the page without any order. Clearing cache and aggregate CSS doesn't work. What should I do now?
