Library booked for March 29th

So I contacted SLC Public Library about reserving a room for Sat March 29th, and they don't have any openings till late in the afternoon. Apparently if you want to meet there you need to book pretty early. I think our options are:

  • Meet another Saturday, perhaps April 12th, and reserve the library now.
  • Meet somewhere else.

I know Andrew offered the conference room at DATC, up in Kaysville. Are people willing to drive north for that? It's only an hour from Provo. Or do we have any other offers on places to meet for a group of 10-15 people?

I'm willing to drive whomever wants to ride from Utah County to a meeting ... even in Kaysville. ;-)

Unfortunately, I'm not available April 12.

What's the status of this!? Are we doing the meet-up still? As for now I am still planning on it, but am just waiting on a final place to meet. The Library should be fine, depending on what time it is. I have something going on at 7pm. What time did you get it reserved for?

How about March 29th, 10am, at DATC in Kaysville? Andrew has set up a conference room for us, so it should accommodate the crowd. It also sounds like Kevin is willing to drive from Utah County, so we should be able to carpool. And Andrew can post directions on how to get there.

This'll be a good experiment to see how much location affects attendance.

Please reply if you think you'll be coming, to get an idea of our numbers.

I just found out that my wife has a whole bunch of stuff going on that day. Most of it is happening in the morning/early afternoon. Is there any way we can shoot for a little later. Like maybe around 1:00 or 2:00 P.M.? If not then let me know and we can maybe try and work something out.
