Hey Reno-Tahoe Drupal Users,
I'm bringing back monthly user meet-ups with a session in Reno. I'll be presenting on the the latest in Drupal 8, covering the basics and beyond.

It is a website the University of Nevada, Reno has taken interest in, and I'm now modifying it to work for them. Bringing back regular meetups after a couple month hiatus. Shooting for Wednesday 6:30 to 8-ish at Pizza on the hill, in Tahoe Donner, Truckee.
Looking forward, I'd like to go for a regular schedule of the third Wednesday (or Thursday) of each month alternating between Truckee and Reno. Anybody know of a good Reno location?

Trying to get back to a regular every 2nd Thursday meet-up alternating between Reno and Tahoe/Truckee.

Latest on the On again Off again Drupal Reno meetup,....
Hi fellow Reno, Tahoe, Truckee, Carson City Drupalites. Seams we are rudderless again here in September '14. I was reminded that per our discussion this spring, we are to meet the second Thursday of each month. I am not aware of anything going of for this month. We have had good response in the past. Funny, I am reading this email at the Reno Collective downtown.
So, any plans?

I was working on an LMS project (in Moodle) and wondered what types of modules or distributions I could find in Drupal that would suit the project. In my searching I ran into an excellent module and thought I would share and solicit feedback.
It is billed as a Rich HTML5 Content Creator. The interface is simple and belies the complexity of the output. Best of all the tool is open source and for those that would rather avoid the GUI interface there are code samples hosted on GitHub that you can download and tweak.

Reno Drupal Group May Meetup - Truckee?
Hello!
April's meetup at Reno Collective was excellent. It was great to meet some Drupal users in our area.
I believe there's a tentative plan to meet April 10, which needs to be fleshed out, but I'm writing here about the May meeting.
The Lift, a co-working space in Truckee, has offered to host our May 8 meetup. I would need to confirm with them to reserve the space, so I'm wondering who would be interested in attending. 6-8 p.m.? 7-9 p.m.?
We would need to sort out a topic and/or speaker, as well.
