WE NEED Drupal presentations!

We need more presentations on open source topics for developers, we need more attendees. Please help make this an event you look forward to each year. We can use this event to recruit and encourage people to join the various monthly drupal meetups / meeting.

I've always enjoyed this event as well as drupal camp LA and thus I would like to see some more drupal at So Cal Code Camp!

October SDDUG Meeting

Start:
2014-10-08 19:00 - 21:00 America/Los_Angeles
Event type:
User group meeting

For the October 8th meeting of the San Diego Drupal user group, Jay Lee will do a short presentation on how he customized rating widgets that can be embedded on any website using the Views, Views PHP & Web Widgets modules and a few lines of custom code. Unlike the initial version that was brought up during last month's lightning talk, the new version has a link back to the original website. For instance, fans of an artist's website that uses these widgets can now log in more easily and leave their own ratings. A live example can be seen here: http://vector.dj/dance-legacy-volume-001
