Anthony will open up with a 30 minute (max) presentation on building content types and custom blocks in D8 and then we will open the floor to others for discussion of site building recipes and contributed modules to help with site building. Base themes give us a foundation for faster and easier Drupal theming by allowing us to create sub themes that inherit the parent base theme's capabilities.
