Four awesome base themes for Drupal 7 (David Thorne)

Base themes give us a foundation for faster and easier Drupal theming by allowing us to create sub themes that inherit the parent base theme's capabilities.

Come join DrupalCambs for our presentation evening and learn about Drupal and meet other developers and themers in Cambridge, UK. We have the following three sessions:

DrupalCon Munich: What David learnt and how he will apply it (David Thorne)
David will give us some feedback about his experience at DrupalCon Munich and share knowledge about various interesting things that he learnt there. This will be a broad overview with something for everyone.

You are invited to our Drupal Presentation evening where you can learn about Drupal and meet other local Drupalists. We are a friendly group and new members of any level are welcome. This is a free event. We will be running the following two sessions:

Building mobile responsive websites with Drupal (presented by Anthony Albertyn)

Come join us at the IOA for an evening of Drupal presentations. This is a free event and new members are more than welcome. The two presentations will be: jQuery and client side web development, and Integrating CRM systems with Drupal and the Party group of modules. Details as follows:

Michael Autumn will be speaking about using jQuery in Drupal and client side web development.

Summer is over, but DrupalCambs is inviting you to join us for a pint and/or a bite to eat at All Bar One from 7pm-10pm for our Drupal Networking Evening. Come chat with other Drupalists about Drupal, the recent DrupalCon London and anything else you like. We are a friendly group and new members are welcome! You will have to buy your own beer though :-)

Don't get caught out with the date. We have recently been having meetups in the last week of each month (usually a Wednesday) BUT this one is Monday the 19th!

Come join us in Cambridge from 7-10pm for our Drupal Presentation Evening. Michael Autumn will be giving us a 40-60 min presentation on Panels for Drupal 6. This will be done in two 30 minute sessions with a 20 minute coffee break in between. Anthony is also looking to add another speaker, maybe something on Drupal 7, so watch this space.
