Drupal Show and Tell evening
After a short break, the "A bit of everything Drupal" evening at South Bank University is back with a new format!
On Thursday the 18th of July we'll be holding a Drupal "Show and Tell" evening organised by Cameron & Wilding. We've already got a line up of pro-Drupallers to each present a 15 minute tech talk:

Alex McFayden on the build of the Demotix site on Drupal.

James Lafrere on SASS/Compass and the Aurora theme.

Peter Arato will be doing a show and tell on the graph database for Drupal (Neo4j).

Another meet-up for the hyperlocal Drupal West London group - all welcome. The main focus will be the opening day of the Ealing Beer Festival but obviously there may be a bit of Drupal in there as well.

Hi everyone.
I have been trying to get my head around Drupal for a couple of months now and am finding it rather daunting. Lets say first off I am not a web designer or programmer, I am an entrepreneur and businessman with many interests. I have some commercial websites I want to build and my limited HTML abilities don't translate into what will be needed for these sites.
Now, I could just employ someone but I don't want to do that. Which is why this post is not in Jobs.
West London Meetup - Ealing 22nd May -
We're holding an informal meetup in Ealing on May 22nd at Monty's on Ealing Broadway from 7pm. We've got the upstairs room booked for an hour for a drink and a chat before heading downstairs at about 8pm for a curry and more chin wagging about Drupal.
There'll be no formal structure, presentations or anything too onerous but we thought it would be a good chance to meet any fellow local Drupallers, or even those from further afield if you fancy a curry!
