One thing I'm interested in is integrating crypto tokens into a Drupal "user rewards" system. If you're familiar with the site/podcast "Let's Talk Bitcoin" they've developed their own user rewards token called LTBCoin. At the moment, I think it's based on CounterParty.

LTB seems to have open-sourced their CMS code which is PHP-based.

I am a Drupal Newbie who is learning as I go. I'm watching videos, reading, experimenting, working through. So far I think Drupal is absolutely amazing, and it has opened a whole new world of development for me, so I can't wait to see where it goes.

Currently, I have embarked on a project and have incorporated the user points module to help accomplish my goal.

Overall goal: Create a "Club" points site that can be replicated for various clients.

I'm not deeply versed in the Drupal ecology, so please excuse if this is misdirected! My interest in the Guilds movement (and Voting Systems) is for something with wider applicability, namely a generic reputation system for community sites. I would like an implementation that could handle varied protocol for awarding 'merit' to users based on feedback on their contributions.

I'd like to give user points to users for node views like userpoints_pageviews.module gives points to node creators when a user views a node.

What is the best way? Rules integration? Or should I modify the userpoints_pageviews.module?

What if I just go through the userpoints_pageviews.info, userpoints_pageviews.install, and userpoints_pageviews.module and replace 'pageviews' with "pageviews_to_user" to create userpoints_pageviews_to_user.info, userpoints_pageviews_to_user.install, and userpoints_pageviews_to_user.module?
