Drupal 7

Our library website is currently running Drupal 6 on WAMP server 2.0 with php version 5.2.6 and mysql 5.1. We are now ready to replace the old site with one built in Drupal 7. Is it ok to also upgrade to WAMP 2.2? If so, what configuration files would I need to copy to make sure the public can access our site after the update?

I have a d7 site up and running on windows server 2008 r2 with iis 7 and it's running extremely slow. I have been reading about the different caching alternatives and am wondering if anyone here has suggestions about which work best for this configuration. I have both authenticated and anonymous users and the entire site is SSL. I am looking at using authcache (http://drupal.org/project/authcache). I have a couple of questions:
1. Is authcache (with memcache as the handler - http://drupal.org/project/memcache) the best way to go for my set up?

Buenas solo queria deciros que llevo todo el dia peleandome con este módulo para que reconozca la librearia jquery chosen y como lo he solucionado.

Para los que no lo sepais chosen es esto : chosen.

Básicamente es un módulo que te permite trasformar tus select (lista de opciones) en algo mas visual (mirad la imagen de la página del módulo) utilizando la libreria de jquery chosen.

저는 주한영국문화원에서 웹 컨텐츠를 담당하는 김주연이라고 합니다. 전세계 약 110개국에 영국문화원이 있는지라 저희는 corporate website를 사용하고 있는데요, 지난 달에 D7을 기반으로 하여 개발된 한국어/영어로 된 새로운 한국 웹사이트를 오픈하였답니다. (http://www.britishcouncil.kr/, 전세계 영국문화원 중에서 세번째랍니다!)

그런데 이번에 문화원이 운영하는 어학원에서 네이버 등을 통해 온라인 마케팅을 실시하려고 하는데 담당 마케팅 에이전시에서 traffic을 측정할 수 있는 코드를 웹사이트에 넣어달라는 요청이 왔습니다. 하지만 짐작하시겠지만 글로벌 웹사이트를 운영하는 저희 본부에서는 웹사이트에 개별 국가를 위한 코드를 심어주는 것을 달가와하지 않고 그 외에도 여러가지 문제로 인해 당장 코드를 심는 것이 불가능해 보입니다. Webtrends 및 GA를 통해서 traffic을 측정하고 있으니 제 3의 코드를 심는 것은 반가워하지 않는 것이지요.

Jag har sedan tidigare en wordpressblogg (wordpress.com), men är intresserad av att migrera denna blogg till en drupal-site. Då främst alla bloggposter. Eventuella sidor (några stycken) går lätt att fixa manuellt.

Jag försökte tidigare mig på deta genom wordpress migrate-modulen. Dock stötte jag ofta på patrull, och lyckades aldrig riktigt få över alla bifogade filer, samt behålla deras placering.

Finns det fler sätt att göra en migrering på? Kanske borde jag försöka mig mer på ovan nämnda modul? Hur skulle ni gjort?

I inherited an existing Drupal 7 site in godaddy in the following path:

root (html folder name)
index.html
/temp
/cc
/.hcc.thumbs

/test/all the drupal folders

client placed it there so it would be test.example.com
hired me to make finalize changes and design of site within what they had.
they now want it moved out of there to the root folder and launched.

I moved the folders from with test to the main folder
renamed existing temp folder and moved the drupal temp folder

Hur särar jag smartast på mobiltelefon och pads.
Browscap plockar ut ipad som om det vore en mobiltelefon.

Är det någon som har förslag på hur man smartast skiljer läsplattor, så att de inte likställs med mobil interfacet i Panels Everywhere, (modul - browscap_ctools och filtrering "is mobile" y/n på panelens inställning).

Gissning:
Skulle det kunna vara möjligt att t ex skapa en fråga till användaren: telefon/läsplatta? - y/n -och sen använda svaret, för att "ta bort" läsplattan ifrån panelinställningens filtrering "is mobile" Y/N

Firstly, thanks to the Dublin crew for divulging loads of their theming secrets, and putting me on the right track after last week's meet up. It's nice to have a clear path to forge on ahead. And so I have :)

I've started with Zen, and Sass, and Compass (and Ruby Gems on Windows argh!!!) and it's coming along nicely.

I mitt första upplägg hade jag en "Läs-mer!" med en länk-adress i fältet "More link Path"=: nyhetsspalt/%/node. Placerad sist i varje nod i en "teaser-view-lista" vilket då också länkade till noden, korrekt - som då visades via en Page-content-view. (Panels default-view för innehållsvisning)

Nu har jag i stället en "Views-page, content-view" som ska visa hela innehållet via en annan panel i Panels (som länkar/visar innehållet i en "views-page".)
