Keene Drupal Meetup: Thursday, November 1st
The Keene Drupal users group has its November meetup on the 1st at our usual haunt of 9 Church Street.
Anyone who has any interest in Drupal is encouraged to attend, whether you just use it in your day job & want to learn more, have used it for a while and need help with something, or are just interested in finding out about the most popular open source content management system.
Note: If there is a chance on the day of severe weather because of Sandy Fronkenstorm we will postpone this until the third week of November; I will post an update by noon on Thursday.

Read moreTopic for discussion - Loading JS's in modules
I got a topic to talk about. We could even start the discussion here as well as at the next meetup.
I been fairly successful writing my own modules except for ONE thing. Loading an existing javascript using the API, drupal_add_js(). So far I have not got it to work and I've had to revert to putting the JS into a template file and loading it which is wrong, but works...
Each time I have tried this it causes all kinds of havoc on the site, admin menu stops working and all my flexsliders.
Read more11 Months of work - It finally went live!
After almost 11 months of work. Starting from square zero with never building a Drupal or using Drupal to a full site migrated off of a horrible CMS platform, my site went live last night at 2030EST!
We migrated 150,000+ users (with up to 10 security roles each), 1300+ blog posts, and 40,000+ comments!
The site is Drupal 7 and incorporates a slew of modules to include Drupal Commerce.

Spouses and family are welcome.
Depending on weather, there may be cow-rides and other farmy things to do!

I am considering hosting a summer BBQ at our farm for all Drupal fans in the NH area. The farm is in Loudon, NH - just northeast of Concord, NH (www.milessmithfarm.com sorry - its not a Drupal site - yet!) The farm has Wifi, solar power, and lots of views.
I'm thinking of a BYO (ours will be burgers).
Is there any interest? If so, when would be a good date?
