Its that time of year - time to loosen the tie (and the belt), taste the generosity in the air, and celebrate the silly season.
We'll be sharing the holiday cheer with other Drupaler's on Tuesday, December 8th from 6pm till late. Currently planned for the Royal Exhibition Hotel near Central Station. I'm still looking for a better pub, so feel free to suggest alternatives.

Announcing the 2009 Drupal Day Sydney! It will be taking place on Saturday, October 31st from 9am - 6pm at the University of Sydney's School of Pharmacy.

Thanks to everyone that showed up last month. I think we had a really productive meetup. We'll meetup at our regularly scheduled day (3rd thursday of the month) again - Thursday, November 19th.
This month we'll be making some of the adjustments that we discussed to encourage some more support and social discussion. Remember to bring your laptops and your support questions or discussion topics.

Sydney October Meetup
The announcement is a bit delayed, but we continue to have our regular meetup on the 3rd thursday of each month.
This month's meetup will be Thursday, October 15th.
Unfortunately last month the ABC had to close because of a fire drill, but there was a social meetup that went quite well. I am trying to reconfirm that we can still use the ABC this month for our normal set of presentations and support sessions, otherwise we will hold another social meetup.

Sydney meetup at ABC CANCELLED!
Hi Guys,
Unfortunately the ABC Ultimo centre have been having issues with their fire alarm system. Building management have advised that all non-essential business must cease by 6pm, meaning that tonights planned meetup won't go ahead.
I have tried to contact Ryan, but am having difficulties getting though to him. Ideally he will send a mailout to everyone who has signed up.
Others may like to meetup at a pub/restaurant somewhere? If you plan on doing that, perhaps you could post to the group page (which seems to be down at the moment).

Im a Junior Web Developer that has been using drupal for about 2 months, and ive found that i really could use a mentor or someone i can ask questions to, which would save me countless hours.

As usual, the 3rd thursday of the month, we'll be having our regular meetup on Thursday, September 17th.
The last monthly meetup sounds like it was another success. A big thanks to James for taking my place at last month's meetup.
This month we'll be at the ABC Centre again and we'll be focusing on alot of the information & resources that was delivered at DrupalCon Paris. We'll also be running the support sessions again, since that seems to be a popular segment so bring your laptop!

we have just launched new company www.webrecs.com.au the main aim of this company is to provide online (hosted) document management system.
I would like to find out how it could integrate with drupal (the product is based on alfresco).
