It is at 7pm at Bar Louie in Downtown Ann Arbor. Bar Louie is the normal location for our after meetup socializing, and is located at the intersection of Division and Liberty.

Hey all, if you haven't heard, the Drupal 8 release date was just set to November 19, 2015, baring any issues.

A2Drupal will host a regional release party on the 19th at 7pm in Bar Louie in downtown Ann Arbor. This is where we usually go after our normal meetups and is across the street from Spark Central (intersection of Division and Liberty). Please signup to this event so we can get a decent count.

Michigan Drupal returns with a summer Meetup on June 17th in Northville Michigan.

Did you attend DrupalCon LA?

Did you learn something new that you would be willing to share with the rest of the Michigan community?

We would love to have you drop some wisdom from the world's largest annual Drupal convention. We are moving this event back west (Northville) in hopes of finding the middle ground between Detroit and Ann Arbor, less than a half hour drive for everyone!

The monthly Ann Arbor Drupal Users Group meetup is coming up next Monday, April 27 from 7 - 9 PM at Ann Arbor Spark Central (330 E Liberty St).

This month I'll be presenting on the Entityform module. (https://www.drupal.org/project/entityform) For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, the Entityform module enables Drupal site builders to create front-end forms without writing any code, similar to the well-known Webform module. However, Entityform has several important differences that may make it a better choice for your Drupal project.

DrupalCon is fast approaching, so it’s time for my annual call for a roommate. I have a room reserved at the "official" DrupalCon hotel, the Westin Bonaventure, which is described on the hotel's own website as the "ultimate urban oasis in the heart of the business district." I don't know about you, but with all the drought in California, I think having an oasis is going to be pretty critical out there. And now you've got the chance to stay for half price!
