This Group is to help with the development and management of the Drupal e-Commerce module.
DutCo Corp is in need of Drupal devolpers for OG, Econ, Templates, general Drupal support and custom scripting.
Hi, my employer is in the process of developing and deploying six Drupal based websites. Quite a bit of the work needs sub'ed out and I am preferring members of the Drupal community.
As stated in the title, we will be working with Template development (we provide the graphic design), Organic Groups, and Econ along with the other usual suspects. We will also need to slurp data from an existing forum in to OG and use Econ / user profiles for an application on demand access control.

I want to set up an ecommerce site to sell digital downloads. I want to use Drupal to do it for a number of reasons, so of course I am thrilled to find the e-commerce suite.
I have a test site set up, but I am frustrated with a few things.
I set up a dummy product and set the price to $0.00. This allows me to "buy" it without payment processing. I mention this just in case it is at the root of the problem.
When I complete the purchase, I get an email saying it has gone through, but "My files" is empty. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug?

I am working on a site that will be selling courses on and off-line and am in the process of designing a module to handle this. I would be interested in people's opinions on the best way to go about doing this.

Well, after many hours of development, experimentation, API referencing, and good ol' fashioned beating our heads against our desks, we have finally got an initial release of the Übercart module package available for download. This is being considered an alpha release, with the official 1.0 release being many development hours away as we build on and flesh out some of the core systems. However, the module package as it stands is able to run e-commerce sites and is already being used in live sites. Everyone is welcome to showcase their Übercart site in our forums!

Drupal 5.1 - ecommerce 1.3
Many thanks to the ecommerce developers. This is the second site I've used this module on. The first a relatively easy, straight forward, one type of product without variations, except for member discounts.
The new project has many different types of products. And as I can add products, get them to different views (which is unbelievably fantastic), it's the sub products I'm scratching my head at. I started on this using a beta version 3.0+ and upgraded to the the most recent 3.0

Hello. So, I have done e-commerce support for PayFlow Pro. This module will probably be released soon and I currently did one implementation in E-Com v. 1-2, and I am polishing off one for v3 (all 4.7+ for now). I'm prob. going to port to 5.0.
This has been tested to work on both Windows AND Linux (windows creates/uses a COM object, linux uses the pfpro binary).
I'm posting to see who is interested in PayFlow Pro support to get a few people started to kick up some bugs from the program (test it) so that it is rock solid.

Very basic summaries, to be fleshed out.
This version has some great new features already, some not listed here. Yet, we need to focus on some bug fixing and making some modules more generic.

E-Commerce v3.0 for Drupal 5.x and 4.7.x has been released. After many hours of work by not only the E-Commerce maintainers, but also some very helpful people testing and submitting issues. This is by far the best release we have ever had, and this is all because of the great work @dww has been doing on the project module.
Please visit and comment on the front page announcement.
Thanks again everyone.

Integration with on-demand manufacturing sites
I generally work with small nonprofit groups (mostly state-level) who do not have the resources or demand to maintain a physical inventory of items. I've set them up on sites like Cafepress.com as well as zazzle, printfection and spreadshirt, but it would be nice to offer them the ability to integrate these products more closely with their Drupal-powered site. I know at one point there was a Cafepress module, but it seems to have fallen into disuse.

After a lot of work we have now released rc1 of v3.0.
I think we have fix all the major bugs, and we feel that this is the best release that we have had mainly due the the new release system which has enabled us to do things the right way and release several betas and now an rc.
As long as there are no new major bugs we should be able to release a final version of 3.0 this time next week.

Hi guys
I just installed the e-commerce modules last night, and have been trying to figure out how to implement it on a courier company website, so that users can get instant price quotes after entering a few variables.
I have failed to do this , anyone know if this possible and if not any cheap or open source ways of doing this.

Can E-Commerce handle a product that the price depends on date (Lodging)?
I need a couple of answers, please. I need to know if E-Commerce can handle this and/or how much might be entailed in modifying a portion of E-Commerce to handle such a situation. Drupal 4.7.x
(1) I need to set up a package of products where each product is time oriented date - arrival date must be entered. Price will be determined by date.
(2) I need to just record the CC# not authorize (we have a in house software that does this)

Hi,
I have spent the night rebuilding the E-Commerce API site http://ecommerce.heydon.com.au/api with a completely standard version of Drupal, and contrib modules.
I have also changed the categories to include the new versions of E-Commerce to help the last bit of setup for the docs.
ATM it is still indexing, so it may not be all there yet, but it is happening, and should be completely built in the next 12-24 hours.
Thanks.
Gordon.
E-Commerce v3.0-beta4 has been released
Well we have still been working very hard to get the best release that we can.
This is the forth and final beta version of E-Commerce, and from what I gather the bugs have started slowing a lot, and E-Commerce has even dropped of the top of the list as the Most active project. E-Commerce has been there for about the last 4-6 weeks and so I think that we are getting there.
All going well next Saturday the 3rd March I will be doing the first release candidate.
Thank you all for helping test, and making this a great release.

First, a thank you to the developers - the latest beta3 build seems to be very solid other than the shipping stuff
not seeming to work (which I presume you already know about and may have fixed already).
I've been exploring the possibility of building an e-commerce site for a customer using drupal, and it shows much
promise. One requirement they have is a taxonomy based search feature similar to what newegg.com has in their
"Advanced Search". I've been able to get it working using the taxonomy module and a slightly hacked version of
E-Commerce v3.0-beta3 has been released.
Over the last couple of weeks since beta 2 was released all the E-Commerce maintainers have been working extremely hard to fix all the bugs, (and there was a lot of them) and get out a new Beta to allow people to continue testing.
As you can see from the http://drupal.org/cvs, 4 of the 5 E-Commerce maintainers are in the most active developers list, with the last one being there a few days ago. Also you will see that the E-Commerce project is the most project ATM.

Hi,
I'm creating a site to sell tickets for attractions and am struggling to get to grips with the subproducts module.
Some attractions charge differently for the type of person the ticket is intended for, i.e. Adult, Child, Student.
Some attractions involve a coach journey with Single or Return tickets.
Other attractions have other variations.
I managed to get the site up and running but haven't worked out how to create the variations and assign them individually to an apparel product. For example:
