June DrupalCorn Meetup: Noon on 06-11-2020: Meetup Planning
DrupalCorn Camp 2020 is canceled this year. We'll pivot to having an online meetup over the noon hour. Come help suggest and volunteer topics and formats for our meetings!Change to Monthly Meetup
Since we will not be doing a camp, we are organizing a monthly meetup online via Zoom. These will be one hour long between noon and 1 pm Central Time on the 2nd Thursday of the month. This meetup will replace the already established CIDUG meetup. The first one will be:
Thursday, June 11. Noon to 1 pm.
The first item for discussion will be what we want to do with these meetings. What topics do people want to hear about, and who is willing to present on them? We'll be sending out email notifications about this and future meetups.

Because of the uncertainty of the upcoming year amidst the COVID-19 stuff, it makes it extremely difficult and risky to plan an in-person event. So, we have decided not to hold an in-person camp this year. We anticipate returning in 2021. In the meantime, there are plenty of other online camps happening this year.

Drupal job opening posted for Iowa Workforce Development
I have informed management that I will leave my position at the end of July. They have posted the position at:

I have been in the position for five and a half years and enjoy the work and people I work with.
In my position, I do not perform PHP development. We have an external source for those technical needs.
The eight sites I maintain are hosed on Acquia which makes maintenance of the environment easier.
All sites are currently on Drupal 7. Migrating to Drupal 8/9 is one of the future tasks.
