URL Issues

I have a page in my site that has the following value in the URL path settings textbox:
webteam/index.php
Automatic alias is unchecked

The first time I click on the appropriate menu nav item for the Web Team, the page renders fine and I get the following URL:
http://my.domain.com/webteam/index.php

I have another page in my site for a member of the Web Team called Joe and his page is joe.php. The value in the URL path settings textbox for Joe's page is:
webteam/joe.php

Contents of the Test Field Appears on Home Page Only

When I edit my web page content, the value in the Test field ends up appearing on the Home Page only. The value in the Test field does not appear on any other page.

I have tried to Save my page edits with nothing in the Test field but that item has an orange asterisk which I believe means that it is a required field.

Here is a snippit of what gets generated from the print $content on my home page:

<

div class="node">

This is the contents of the Test: * field

Des Moines Web Geeks - PHP frameworks

Start:
2010-02-01 19:00 - 20:30 America/Chicago
Organizers:
Event type:
User group meeting

Full details here http://www.dsmwebgeeks.com/2010/01/february-1st-2010-php-frameworks/

BUT - the topic is "PHP Frameworks" and the format will be informal round-table. I'd love to hear if (and how) people are developing their custom apps and modules on top of Drupal and if they're able to deploy quicker becuase they're using Drupal as a framework.

No need to RSVP but I wouldn't mind hearing from you if you'll talk about Drupal.

WebConferencing for DrupalCorn. What's your view?

Let's keep it personal - face to face is better.

Web conferencing is a nice idea, but it never works, dude.

I'd like web conferencing, but only if it's free.

I want it - and I'd be willing to contribute up to $10/month to pay for it

I'm mixed; let's try it a couple of times and see if it's worthwhile.

Where is everyone located?

Trying to get a better sense of where all the iDug members are located across the state (GMap and Location modules could pair up and help us visualize this - SummitDweller, did you work with these two modules on your geocaching site?).

I live in Des Moines and work in Ames.

Next Meeting?

Hi all,

Happy 2010 and may the second decade of this nascent millennium bring you, well, what to wish? Much prosperity and may you achieve a state of Zen! :)

This is a pretty exciting time to be involved with Drupal; it's the hottest content management system on the planet. Quite cool to be involved, and I'm looking forward to a great year with the iDug group. And here's a (few) free beer(s) for Michael Hofmockel for all his efforts in keeping the group alive in 2009.

Dumping nodes to a file

Google took me to http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/64 and I'm on page 15 and still not finding what I need, any suggestions?

My org has hired a content editor to clean up our site's copy. They want to deliver to this person a list of documents for all the pages (by pages I mean nodes) that they can edit in a word processor. We'll then copy and paste them back.

Does anyone know an easy way to do this?

Successful Implementation... Almost

I spent quite a bit of time in the last week finishing up a new Drupal 6 site for the Iowa Geocachers Organization (http://new.IowaGeocachers.org) and most of the time was spent bridging our old phpBB2 forums into the site after an upgrade to phpBB3 and installation of the phpbbforums module.

Everything seems to be working well for MOST users. However, I have a handful of old forum users who, when they visit the new site or forums, get a perpetual string of FATAL errors mostly referring to re-declaration of various user functions like the one shown here:
