All are welcome, bring questions, I can't answer all of them but maybe others can. I have only been using Omega for a few weeks now.

Join our monthly Drupal meeting in Princeton. All community members interested in using Drupal as well as strengthening the Drupal community are invited. We'll discuss recent and exciting Drupal-related news, present interesting topics, and share knowledge. We'll start our meeting with three ten 10 to 15 minute sessions and/or one longer 30 to 40 minute presentation. Please propose a session or voice your support for a colleague's proposal using the comments section below.

Our 'Drupal 7 Module Development' workshop is a crash-course in solving problems by building custom modules.

Our workshop focuses on how to approach a problem that existing modules just do not solve. Follow along in your individual development sandbox as we show you how to put Drupal’s APIs to work. Attendees will leave our workshop with working knowledge of Drupal’s menu, form, and hook systems, as well as the database layer.

At the end of the class students will also receive a copy of the finished module which includes documented examples of other advanced topics, including update scripts, programmatic content type creation, and Views integration for our custom database tables.

Keep your mind sharp through the lazy summer days by joining other Drupal and PHP developers for some conversation and maybe a few beers. It's been a while since the suburbs crew got together, and while some people will be on vacation, well, it's your loss. We're getting together without you.

Do you feel like you're spending too much time fighting with Drupal rather than embracing it in a warm fuzzy hug? This course is intended for people who already know the basics about Drupal, but really want to fill in the gaps. This course is perfect for any skill level and covers a wide range of topics.

In "Drupal Immersion", students will be guided through the process of creating a fully functional Drupal web site, exploring essential Drupal modules (like Views and Pathauto), learning important concepts ( such as what nodes are, how to use taxonomy) and tweaking the look and feel of the site with CSS and other tools.

Registration for this year's Central PA Open Source Conference (CPOSC) is now open!

Started in 2008, the Central PA Open Source Conference (CPOSC) is a one-day technical conference for open source users and developers. Presentations and sessions cover all aspects of open source, with talks ranging from novice to expert skill levels. This year's conference includes 18 speakers divided into 3 tracks. Also new this year is a round of lightning talks.

CPOSC will be held on Saturday, October 27th at the Harrisburg University of Science & Technology.
