I tried to check out the Drupal "Learning Resources" wiki page linked at the top of the Newspapers on Drupal group and was directed to a blank wiki page instead. Anyone know what's going on with this? I hope the page wasn't deleted. If so, does anyone have access to restore it?

That's actually a search results page. I know there have been some performance issues at d.o that have led to search being turned off from time to time, so that's probably what you encountered. Seems to be OK right now.

Search has been turned on/off on drupal.org but as far as I know it hasn't been changed on groups.drupal.org
I think it's supposed to link to http://groups.drupal.org/node/5674 right? That was broken because someone changed the title of the node (I changed it back so it works now).
I'm not a big fan of the wikilinking style because it is so fragile like this - what do folks think? Should we change those links in the group mission to node/123 style links? That's my preference.

Thanks for the information, Steve and Greg. This is the second time I've run into problems with the links to these pages (though I'm not sure the problem was the same the first time around). My preference would be to use the most stable format for the links, though.

Oops! I just went and actually visited the link Greg repaired, and I see the following:

This doesn't look like the learning resources I remember, which brings me again to my original question: Is anyone able to restore this page to its previous state? I don't see any wiki-like "restore" controls on this page. If restoring is not an option, then perhaps all these pages need a bit more editorial control? Or we need to have a wiki module that preserves previous versions of a wiki page? I hope we haven't lost the Learning Resources page, and sure would not want us to lose the information on any of the other FAQs.

The wiki software we use does have revisions, they just aren't publicly visible to all users. I've reverted it to the last good version before it was vandalized. I think the rest of your questions/ideas are dealt with by reverting.
Thanks for noticing that. When I joined the group that page looked like it does now and I just assumed it was a placeholder!
