ZendAMF, a new server component to the Services module opening the Drupal doors to the Flash world, is moving into its new sandbox.
After a few of weeks of life, ZendAMF is moving into a Drupal sandbox.
I'd been looking for a Drupal-7 capable AMF gateway, only to find there were none available there. I really needed such a bridge for a couple of Flash-based projects of mine, so i coded one from scratch based on the Zend document. In its inception, it was a standalone solution, but upon discovering the most excellent Services module, the only logical conclusion was to concentrate those efforts towards converting it to Services component.
The ZendAMF sandbox is located at http://drupal.org/sandbox/obstacle/1079418.
Needless to say, this is a work in progress. I've been a Drupal consumer for a little over a year, and now i'm making an intimidating transition to a contributing role, learning a bunch of new stuff in the process; so i definitely could use a few sets of experimented Flash and/or Drupal eyes. Comments and suggestions, even snickering is welcome. Jeff :)

Oh yeah!
Hehe... oh yeah, i've seen it -- been using it for months! Had a few exchanges with Rolf and bowed out quickly, amfserver is definitely a more complete module. Thanks for the heads up, always appreciated! Jeff
