Hey,
It's now been out for like 2 week? There has been lots of discussion about it already, to conclude a few :
Con's
- Mac only
- No streaming (no remote testing)
- Can't record multiple screens
Pro's
- Affordable
- Simple and easy
I think its a great tool if you want to test users with your own mac, easily. But there are lots of tools for Windows that do the same, with just a bit more hassle. I tried Silverback this week and well, its simple, nothing fancy about it, it just does what it says and really nothing more. There is lots they are working on, for this check http://getsatisfaction.com/clearleft/products/clearleft_silverback
