UX sprint group 2 (lost content) progress

This group made the biggest progress and the patch is already in progress. Here are whiteboard grabs from the review meeting, courtesy of heather.

Just a quick note to say that we've partially abandoned the tracker aspect of this due to dependencies on comment etc.

I think we can do it in a couple of stages:

Everyone without admin/content/node gets only access to stuff they can view or edit (or some combination) + an edit link, and nothing else.
We make node permissions more granular, so mass updates for sticky/published are available to users with those permissions (and we retire administer nodes).
Other stuff on that page, like try to make the filters a bit easier, maybe a 'my content' tab etc.
