That's what we're still working on. :-) The Definitions page on the main page of this group has what we've currently decided. Beyond that, we're not sure yet as it's a complex problem. Let's keep the discussion in that thread for the time being. Once we get further in the process we can break it up into actionable parts, but we need to make sure we have a plan first.
