Is anybody working on an implementation of Google's "standout" tag?

Note that it can either be a link or meta tag, which makes me think a minor modification to nodewords for d6 would do the trick.

I've been stoked about this idea ever since I heard about it. I might try to develop something basic by the end of the day.
What should permissions look like? I think separate permissions for "standout offsite work" and "standout onsite work" is appropriate, given the limit of 7 items per day for onsite pieces.

Just a clarification
What I read is the number limit is "7 times per calendar week" for your own publication, unlimited if you are highlighting someone else's story . Just wanted to point that out if you were going to create something.

@Everyone else -- Apologies I haven't posted a link to any code yet; I started this using the new metatag module for D7 before realizing it's a bit too early in development to extend yet (at least, ACCORDING TO THE ALLCAPS WARNINGS IN THE MODULES' COMMENTS). Plus (from what I've seen, anyway) most news sites are still using D6, meaning I should probably write this as a nodewords add-on.
I'm staying up all night for unrelated reasons, so I might use the non-sleeping time to churn out a D6 version of this.
