How to watch previously recorded lessons?

Hi,
I am new to Drupal and I am trying to learn more. I was able to download the screencasts but I can't figure out how to play it. I have tried in 3 difference current browsers and it's not working. Do I need to download a specific client to be able to play it?

I tried playing by opening the main HTML file in the lesson package. In this case
2007_01_04_1st_Meeting.html

But this is what I get

I already have updated flash and js is on.

I usually download the Dojo lessons from drupaldojo.com and watch in VLC media player - and it usually works like a charm.
Where did you download the videos?

I download from the same site. Each package has some HTML, SWF, XML files.

I now tried playing the SWF on VLC and it played the audio only.
This was the file
2007_01_04_1st_Meeting.swf

How do I get to watch it?

Thanks guys. I was able to watch the 1st lesson by copying all files to a folder than running the HTML

How to watch previously recorded lessons

There seems to be a problem with the screencast from the first lesson. If you are a Windows user, Media Player Classic will play it. When playing this particular file, the MPC window does not resize automatically, so you have to resize it manually to see the whole screen.
The screencasts from the other lessons are recorded in QuickTime .mov format, and should display properly in any player supporting this format.
