User group meeting
Bring us your prototypes and demo sites. Get design feedback.
http://drupal.org/ui-standards has a first layer of advice on how to use Drupal admin interface patterns.
We'd love to get your feedback on those docs in return.
Leave a comment when you bring something!

TAC UI overhaul part 2
I should have some screenshots or maybe a working demo site based on the feedback I got a month or so back. :) I've been referring to http://drupal.org/ui-standards the whole while so I'll bring my thoughts on that too.
Okay, you get my first feedback early :)
In http://drupal.org/node/1015798 it is pretty clear that we should do a better job of documenting, not merely that nested containers are "bad," but why, and when.
And, additionally, nested fieldsets have a legitimate usecase for semantic and accessibility reasons. We should distinguish semantical markup from presentation a bit there.
Meeting notes
Update on module page user interviews
Between dcmistry, lisarex, bleen and bojhan a total of 25 candidates have been recruited. For about half of that, the actual interviews are planned and will be conducted this week. The other half likely held next week. Awesome! If we get to 20+ interviews, that should give us a nicely broad and deep picture of how modules page performs for people.
Some further thoughts on mobile admin nav prototype by lewisnyman
Bojhan posted a solid set of first impressions and suggestions for further probing. You tend to dig quite deep in Drupal admin before hitting an actionable settings form. We'll want to have a broader look at what other complex apps do for their mobile versions to better understand the domain we're working in here. Inspiration can be found on your own phone and:
If you work on mobile application design for complex apps, do chime in, your feedback on the prototype will be much appreciated!
JohnAlbin is about to kick-off the Mobile core initiative and has a nice starter page in the works.
Reviewing Taxonomy Access Control module UI
A work in progress (previous: 1, 2, we discussed some of the remaining challenges in the UI. yoroy hadn't really looked at TAC before and was quite confused at first so that surely resulted in useful feedback :) Some sketches were made, alternatives discussed.
And xjm and yoroy confirmed that this diagram explains why you should be careful adding collapsible fieldsets inside vertical tabs quite well. It should be added to the interface guidelines documentation.
Thanks to all who attended, feel free to suggest topics for next time!
