Hey everyone,

Just wanted to hear your feedback on our newspaper website, The Harvard Voice, that was built entirely on Drupal. This is still a "beta" version,
with a lot of things, like our video player, yet to be finished. But we'd love to hear what you guys think about it.

Check it out here:

Thanks!
M.

Nice and clean with a WIREDish feel.

Which Theme

Its good cool. The power of Drupal. By the way which theme have you used and what modules for content segregation?

Opera

The front page layout is all goofy in Opera on Vista.

Looks nice in FF. I like the event "calendar" though I'm not sure it's intuitive enough that you have to click on the day to get the full list.

IE7 Operation Aborted error

geoffb's picture

Hey M,

It could very well be just my setup (IE craps out for me often - I only use it because most of our users do), but I keep getting an Operation Aborted error in IE7 when I try to view your site.

We have had this situation before.

This error is documented on this page:
http://weblogs.asp.net/infinitiesloop/archive/2006/11/02/Dealing-with-IE-2600_quot_3B00_Operation-Aborted_2600_quot_3B002E00-Or_2C00_-how-to-Crash-IE.aspx

According to the author, "The problem is you can't append to the BODY element from script that isn't a direct child to the BODY element."

Hope that helps.

very nice, cool job!

which are the main modules that you used?
mainly, what have you used for the front page and sub-sections (features, for example) layout?
