I hope this post brings to the forefront a gripe I have about breadcrumbs and the precedence of the "Audience" selection on discussions in groups.drupal.org
When an event is posted to our group for our monthly meetup, we usually post it to the groups in adjacent cities/states.
The issue: the breadcrumbs and email subjects for notifications take on the first "audience" in the list - so our events/posts appear as though they are within the "Central Ohio" group instead of Cincinnati/SW Ohio group, since Central Ohio comes first alphabetically.
Would like to be able to choose a primary audience to post into.
Anyone else have any other thoughts?

workaround: start the subject with the group name
Conceptually, it would only need a sticky bit on one of the groups being posted to, but concept != code..
I just discussed this with dougvann and greggles in the #drupal-groups IRC channel, and it is probably not worth the effort needed to have a primary group for cross posts. so we decided that a good workaround for now is to simply prefix the subject of the post with the primary group name or acronym - if it is not already in the subject.
Or, I propose that we simply rename our group so we come first alphabetically. Since I already foresee the arms race that will ensue, my modest proposal is to rename CINDUG to AARDVARC.
much wanted feature
this is a needed feature for og - http://drupal.org/node/154168. when that goes in, groups.drupal.org gets the feature.
Awesome. I hadn't even
Awesome. I hadn't even thought of looking to see if it was a requested/in-process feature in the OG queue.
Thanks!
