Hello everyone,
I am currently developing a website for a local newspaper, and we are looking for some simple way for users to subscribe to our PRINT version of the newspaper. I want to include the following fields for the users to fill out:
- their name
- address
- some feasible way to pay (credit card number, most probably)
Is there any SIMPLE way to do this, preferably with some module?

ubercart + something
I think the best general solution is Ubercart because it handles 1, 2, 3. But then you need something else that controls access to the print version.
If it's a PDF then you can use the ubercart downloadable product settings to give them access to the file on completion of the purchase.

Print will be mailed
The print will be mailed to them, hence the requirement for the address.
