Hello,
I am a PHP developer and now I am onto drupal.
Basically the requirements are simple. I need to create a newspaper website.
I checked the list of modules that are used in newspaper site and that was a great help. Thanks for posting things like that and making life bit easier for us new comers.
I would just like to know one more thing. If I am developing a custom theme then can anyone suggest me a good starting point. If it has some elements that are suitable for newspaper site then it would be great as I can also see how the things work in themes department.

I tried openpublish last night. Took too much resources I guess but I am still trying to check the things out.
Thinking maybe to install drupal and its modules. and read the openpublish theme to give me some ideas.
If you can share your thoughts on server resources about openpublish then it would be great.
