I was thinking we could have a group discussion about how people manage their configurations in Drupal 8. If Greg is there, he may have some slides on the subject he will share.
For future months, we're looking for people to give talks. They could be 5 minutes or as long as about 45 minutes. If you're interested, find me on Slack or talk to me in person tomorrow.

Read morePlans for the Portland DUG group on Meetup
At the meetup tonight at Phase2, Amber and Greg mentioned that our Meetup group’s future is unknown at this point now that our beloved organizer is less involved here in Portland.
The options I recall hearing were:
- Shut it down and move our efforts to groups.drupal.org/portland
- Find a person who wants to host it / add it to their account
- Have a company sponsor it (it’s currently $14 / month)
Please correct me if I missed something!

At a minimum, we'll cover the various ways to run your Drupal upgrades easily, and what to do if you have a Drupal site that hasn't been updated in a while.
