Since we started as a user's group in 2004 or so, the people, Drupal and the economy around Drupal has sprouted, bloomed and is now in a mature state. As such, our function as a group should also evolve. Please join as we grow to meet your Drupal career needs.

December DUG Meeting
The December meeting of the San Diego Drupal user group is happening Wednesday December 11th at 7:00pm at the Balboa Park Hall of Champions. We'll be doing mostly lightning talks for this meeting.

Scaffolding tool for Drupal8 based on Symfony Console component.
I want to introduce you to a code generation tool we have been working on, it's a code generator scaffolding tool for Drupal8 based on Symfony Console component.
The idea of this project is to provide similar functionality as the Symfony console, providing a CLI scaffolding tool to automate the creation of modules using the terminal to automatically generate the directory structure for controllers, forms, services and required files.

This group is run by Joel 'Senpai' Farris, ChristophWeber, Andrew Root, and RedHatMatt. Honorary lifetime members are Beck Farris, Karl Scheirer, and Harry Slaughter (who started the whole thing and flogged it for two years until it was breathing oxygen on it's own)
