Update: please post new session proposals to the http://2011.drupalcamptoronto.org site

Drupalcamp Toronto 2011 is happening on November 12th and 13th at the George Brown College campus.

The website will be up soon, but we're putting a call out for presenters now.

If past camps are any indication we typically have four or so different tacks at these events. The tracks are usually: Business, Advanced Development, Site Building and Design/Theming.

Aunque no haya estado en primera línea de las acciones, la asociación española de Drupal está activa y está sirviendo entre otras cosas como marco legal y económico para organizar la Drupalcamp de Sevilla.

Gran parte de la junta de la asociación acudirá por supuesto a la camp y nuestra intención es abrirla entonces (en directo? :)) a todo el mundo que quiera participar.

Abro este hilo para todo aquel que quiera comentar sus ideas y sugerencias antes de la camp, y por descontado tendremos algún espacio (formato por definir) para debatir este tema en vivo y en directo.

I'm part of the core organization team for Drupal Camp Germany 2011. We would be very happy if we could have some more Drupalchix presenting and attending our DrupalCamp, so here is the "official" invitation:

On september 17th and 18th we will have Drupal Camp Berlin 2011, which is organized of members of the Drupal Usergroup Berlin. We are looking for interesting topics and for good presenters. Would you like to present?

On July 26th we will announce the first details about our DrupalCamp Singapore.
The announcement will be made in Hackerspace.SG, 70 Bussorah Street,
where there's a major CMS event taking place.

Wie gestern beim DUB Treffen besprochen brauchen wir für das DrupalCamp in Berlin eure Unterstützung. Wie Marco und Ronald schon angekündigt haben, brauchen wir u.a. Leute, die als Chairmen für die Tracks und Sessions mithelfen wollen, Leute die uns beim Empfang zur Seite stehen, beim Auf- und Abbau, usw.

Für die Koordination und Kommunikation haben wir ein Open Atrium für das Camp eingerichtet: http://drupalcamp.b-able.de/
Dort kann sich jeder, der mitmachen möchte, ein Account erstellen und einfach schreiben was er/sie gerne machen würde und/oder Tipps geben.

Ya podéis confirmar vuestra asistencia a la Drupalcamp Spain 2011, el mayor evento drupalero que se celebra anualmente en España, este año será en Sevilla, el 1 y 2 de Octubre. Las entradas están ya a la venta a un precio de 35€ y las podéis adquirir a través de este enlace.
Hay ya una gran cantidad de contenido propuesto, y ya se pueden votar las sesiones y proponer la vuestra.

• Expressed concern that Drupal core downloads have dropped and interest is tapering off and if this continues then Drupal may stop development of new modules etc… currently developers are more interested in Jquery, Ajax, Javascript and Python CMS than learning how to work with Drupal.

Liebe Usergroup,

wie beim letzten DUB-Treffen abgesprochen, habe ich die Organisation vom Linuxtag übernommen dieses Jahr. Um alle auf dem Laufenden zu halten und ein paar organisatorische Dinge zu klären, habe ich diese Diskussion gestartet. Aktuelle News zum Linuxtag werden also dann vorerst hier stattfinden.

Das Projekt ist angemeldet und wartet auf Feedback oder Fragen des Kommitees.
