Mini Camp Next Steps?

We had identified a number of desirable attributes of the mini camp format; in particular, keeping the format simple so that can better make one happen. We have a number of options to consider and we agreed that using G.D.O. is the best starting point for these discussions. So I'm getting the ball rolling with the next few posts.
