Would anyone know how to create a new content type? I would like to have a content type which would include a field for an Image, Name, Title Position and Profile.

I want to style my book nodes, but I don't see it listed in the themes' node/ directory. Specifically, I want to remove the hairline that appears under the content, as well as the navigation that appears at the bottom of the page. (I have the book navigation block activated so that it appears in the right sidebar of book pages.) My goal is a book layout similar to stattler.com/book.

I'd like to modify the event page, with the ability to search year and month, for a business directory. Instead of a "year" drop-down I'd like "sector" and instead of "month" I'd like "category." How can this be accomplished?

I want to remove the text at the bottom of each blog post identifying the original author: ie "Ed Sutherland's blog post." I want to ditch that since many of the posts are aliased to a column or a feed, rather than me. I've looked through node-blog.tpl.php and couldn't readily see where that string is coming from.

I'm trying to add feeds of external blogs. I create an author (say "Great Blogger") and then go to create a feed, plugging in the feed url. But when I go to change the author info from my name to "Great Blogger", the system refuses, because there is no "Great Blogger" user. I don't want to create a user account for every blog I aggregate; I thought that was what the Author construct was all about.

Any fix for this? The only way I've found around it is to manually create a blog post with "Great Blogger" as the author then cut-n-paste the blog item with my name.

I'm using the latest build of OP 2.1. I discovered when I enter a headline that includes quotes, the " " marks are converted into &91;. This only happens in the article title; quotes in the article body or the deck appear as they should. I'm not using the limited input filter. This is something that has changed since OP 2.0.

Hi, I'm trying to rename the "more like this taxonomy" block, to something more user friendly, as taxonomy means nothing to anyone (apart from drupal developers!). Any idea where this is set?

If you want to use the OpenPublish theme s it absolutely necessary to create a sub-theme or can you just configure and use the default openpublish_theme?

I want to know whether I can easily create a top-story carousel similar to the TNR.com frontpage? I've heard horror stories about previous attempts, and I'm wondering if I'd aiming too high.

Hi all, When I installed OpenPublish theme to my drupal, I got a below fatal error..
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function openpublish_addthis_widget() in D:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\themes\openpublish_theme\page\page.tpl.php on line 97"
Please guide to me to clear the error and work on this theme.
