I was creating a new views carousel block for the Articles views, alongside the Homepage block and Featured Article block, and I encountered something very odd.

I choose to delete the extra fields that I didn't need...

Content: Main Image thumbnail image linked to node
(Author(s)) Node: Title
(Author(s) Counter) Node: Title Title
Node: Teaser
Content: Teaser Default

so, all I had left is...

Content: Thumbnail
Node: Post date
Node: Title

Hi,

We require a specific feature of creating print magazine archives on the lines of - http://www.openthemagazine.com/table-of-contents/grid_view ; with a click to see a TOC of that magazine. I could not locate this in the features listed on the website. Is this possible using OpenPublish?

We've been implementing online publishing websites using Drupal; and are now looking to adopt OpenPublish to reduce the cost of website implementation for smaller print magazines originating in India.

I'm trying to find a way to configure the Authored On format within Create Content. The current configuration in Create Content is 2011-01-07 10:43:29 -0600. I need to change that to allow an entry formatted like this m/d/Y. I've configured the obvious places (Site Config/Date and Time > Formats) to no avail. Please help.

I just started using OP 2.3 and noticed that the Event content type does not allow for recurring events.

Is the event content type using any customize code? Or can I look for a module to add that feature? Or is this something that is planned for a future release?

As I know that Openpublish is purely publishing purpose package like news publishing and it has some
features (News, Events, Article, taxonomies etc.) for that. But there are no one for movie publishing like
movie/artist content types. So I created two content types movie and artist, but now I am getting
trouble to create interrelationship among these. Is there any better way to implement movie publishing site
or OP has some modules for movie-artist relationship. So do anyone have some suggestions for me ?

I have two open publish sites and on both of them the onsite article feeds are parsing correctly? They seem to be picking up all the categories etc and I get an error saying Your feed might be empty or missing publish dates or GUIDs - any one else had this problem?

I would like to modify the CKEditor format dropdown. I know where to locate the library for this (/sites/all/libraries/), but can't figure out how to make it 'take'. Essentially, I would like to duplicate the functionality of the normal(div) item, but give the div a class. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys,

Divs/ids for registered and anonymous users differ in some places that changes same page look and requires additional time to play with CSS. One of the places I wonder how to fix the right way is blocks on the homepage. There is between blocks space that defined as .context-block { padding-bottom: 10px; }. So there is space in case of registered user and then it dissapeares ones you logged out. Please see fragments of html code below (OP 2.2).

Hi all.

Since I updated my OpenPublish install to Drupal 6.20 and updated a couple of modules on the weekend, I've been getting the following error whenever I try and run cron or access topic hubs:

Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /home/socialpu/public_html/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/export.inc on line 905

I have installed Views Bulk Operations so that I can change workflow states in bulk, but when I attempted that it did not properly display any states to change to. Doing some investigation, I found that there are some issues between both VBO and the workflow module that apparently might be fixed in the newer versions. But since OP uses Features to install Workflow, I can't upgrade Workflow, right?

Am I stuck? Do I need to wait until OP Features Workflow is upgraded and in the meantime have to change many of my nodes to the published state manually? Yikes!
