Hej

Finns något sätt att ändra visningen på sökresultaten man får i Drupal 7?
Till exempel ett rutnät med thumbs (tumnagelbilder) och kanske sortering av träffarna
efter kanske bokstavsordning, författare eller varför inte datum??

Antar att det mesta går att fixa på något sätt men vilket är en best approach här,
views? eller färdig modul?

Jag kör custom search nu, och det vore trevligt om man kanske kunde sortera
sökträffarna efter taxonomierna som man har i sitt sökfält!

Mycket tacksam för tips och generella tankar om tillvägagångssätt

I'm trying to enable Multisite Search Facets (based on Taxonomies) for a few sites - the 'normal' multisite facets such as 'filter by site', 'current search' etc appear fine but facets based on Taxonomies do not appear not matter what I do. The facets are enabled & the blocks added to regions, caches cleared etc.

Tested in Drupal Core 6.20 with the latest stable version of Apache Solr & Apache Solr Multisite Search

Has anyone else successfully enabled this functionality?

I am using Drupal 6 and I'm looking to answer two questions. First, the scenario:

I have a project where there are a handful of search terms that we want to "take control of" and insert logic to either prioritize results or redirect users off of the search page and onto a specific page. For most other searches, we just let the Drupal search process continue as normal.

Mình dùng module search mặc định của drupal (không sài sphinx hay solr vì chỉ dùng share hosting).
Khi index xong xuôi thì mình search không được như mong muốn lắm.

Ví dụ :
index cho cho node 1 là: " di ve noi xa dan truong "
index cho cho node 2 là: " tinh yeu tim thay quang vinh "

Khi minh search "dan truong" => node 1 được trả về => ok
Khi mình search "yeu quang vinh" => node 2 được trả về => ok

Khi mình search: "tinh yeu dan truong" thì không có kết quả trả về.
Mình muốn là với từ khóa "tình yeu dan truong" thì nó trả về 2 kết quả là node 1 và node 2.

I have been developing two sites which revolve around the management and workflow of complex forms. On one of these sites, I created a content type using CCK. The content contains about 40 varied fields, some in groups. Some of the fields contain long text with complex medical terms. I loaded the database with 5000 forms and ran cron to get everything indexed.
The search results were incomplete. If I searched for a keyword that should find 13 documents, I might only find 7. If I touch the missing document (edit/save) and re-run cron. The search returns 13 documents.

I'm working on a hotel booking websites and I have two content-types which names are hotel and room and each room is a child of a specific hotel (I have made the relationship with Node Reference).
I have used Apache Solr to index and search the contents but because the rooms and hotels are separate content-types they will be index in separate documents (doc) in Apache Solr, so when I want to query something like "Show me hotels which have a room with less than $200 per night", it fails. because price is an attribute of room not hotel, but my search is based on hotels!

Hi group, I wanted to make an announcement: The Multisite Search module has lain dormant for a while, but it's just been updated with newer code (that works)!

I administer a 6-site Multisite installation at http://www.thestrong.org. I stumbled upon the Multisite Search module last year, but it was abandoned. I've taken up maintenance, and now version 6.x-2.0 is out there!

I can tell by the usage statistics that you haven't tried the Search API module yet! Run, don't walk, to the download page and give it a go. You'll have to pick yourself up a copy of the Entity module as well, but then you're all set.
