Hi everyone,
Is it possible to clear the cache automatically when someone saves theme settings? I am not so hot at drupal yet, but is there a hook that is fired off when theme settings are saved? Can a function be run then to automatically clear the cache? Thanks!

I know the title doesn't say clearly what this discussion is all about but it's not easy to explain what I'm trying now for more than 5 hours (!!!) without any useful result :-(

Ok, let me explain:

I'm building a community-page. On each user-profile people will see - among other things - a view called "list_groups" (created with the views module) which lists all groups a user has joined. It's a normal HTML list which contains the node titles as links.

I'm looking for a tutorial or screencast or something to give me some tricks for converting a Joomla template to a Drupal theme. Please help me out if you know a good tutorial..

また、クダラナイ質問かも知れません。オックスファムのサイト、Drupal 5.x で運営してるみたいですが、 http://oxfam.org のメニューと残パンの作り方に感心しています。例えば、"About Us" をクリックするとそのメニューにバックグランドのイメージを変える事によりそれを焦点とし、残パンもそれに従っている。その "About Us" の中の真中のリンクにクリックしても、メニューの焦点は、変わらず、また残パンも一致している。これは、node template を使って、それとも page template で出来る事でしょうか？
また、6.x で残パンが思うようにならないので、検索し下記のコードを template.php に入れてみましたが、思った通りには出来ません。やはりノードか、ページで振り分けるのでしょうか？

I'm developing a site for a local restaurant. I'm using drupal because they wanted to easily modify things like daily specials and menus. I'm currently going through the process of reworking the bluemarine theme to fit my design. They have no interest in having user logins for people who are really just going there to check out the menu and the phone number.

I have these huge chunks of html that I need to be able to select in the node settings witch one to use (if any).
I am thinking a cck float point value, and an (if || switch) statement in the contemplate. the question is the best way to store the static html chunks. As a (block || include file || some other way)

any ideas?

I have this need: use drupal as a rss remixer. That means I want to suscribe to feed1, feed2, feed3 and give "tag A" as a tag for feed 1 and 2.

Then I make a view that is the taxonomy term view for "tag A".
I want the RSS feed of this view to redirect title links and "read more" links directly to the original article, and not to my site.
But I can't, since the RSS style in views is not changeable.
I tried with "Contemplate module", but it will only allow me to change the teaser and body of the rss feed.
