The Central Connecticut Drupal Meetup Group will be holding its next educational and interactive, face-to-face meeting on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 7pm to 9pm. We are a passionate and fun group, enthusiastic to grow and help all those interested in Drupal - beginners, journeymen and experts - by sharing our collective knowledge, expertise, experiences and ideas.

In an effort to expand the reach, size and attendance of our group and meetups, we are in the process of opening more lines of communication. Recently, Matt (mwetmore) started tweeting @ctdrupal and created a LinkedIn group. To further support this effort, we have created a group on Meetup.com and a new Facebook page. But, simply having these new channels will only get us so far. We are reaching out to ask for your help in getting these off the ground and attractive to newcomers. If you would please do any/all of the following, we would certainly appreciate it!

The Central CT Drupal Meetup is happy to announce, after a long search, that our new meetup location is New Horizons in Bloomfield, CT. New Horizons (http://www.nhconn.com/ is one of the premier IT training facilities in Connecticut and in the U.S.
New Horizons has offered us dedicated room once a month for our meetup, which consists of: wifi, computers, projectors, room for 20+ people and plenty of parking. The facility also opens up the possibility of a weekend meetup, playday, or training day, all for free and can hold over 300 people.

Drupal Spark - I'll give a brief overview of the Drupal Spark Distribution.
