Last night the NNJ Meetup Group voted to find modules that need to be upgraded from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 and upgrade them. We are all scouring Drupal.org to find any and all of the modules that need a little love. We hope to lighten the load for module developers, make Drupal 7 more flexible and at the same time increase our own module development skills.

I think last night was a seminal moment in the evolution of the NNJ meetup. We have been gathering steam over the past few months and have seen attendance rise. Last night however, we found a direction or mission if you will. While I think we will sharpen the focus as we go along, we have found our purpose, or as Tom put it to me earlier today we have gone from gestation to birth.

Is anyone out there familiar with MediaTemple.net hosting? I have a trial account set up and am playing with it, and need to ask some questions. Thanks!
