I noticed that a few variables of Drupal could cause a few bots take it as duplicate content. For example: domain.ext/?randomtext.

I checked google today and i got indexed domain.ext?text in google and its flagged as duplicate content.

I added this to robots.txt:

Disallow:/?text

Do you think its enough to be removed from google results?

Welcome to the Triangle Drupal group. It seems like there's a lot of Drupal folks in the area. This group is an attempt to create a space where we can collaborate.

As a result of the recent TechMeet meeting that happened last Sunday, it has been decided to revive the Imc-CMS discussion and to try and pick a CMS to focus indymedia developer attention to.

I volunteered to try and coordinate it with whoever else wants to help.

They are trying to have this info ready by December 1st.

The other teams are the IndyPlone and a lot of IMCistas trying to develop a code-base from scratch with CakePHP.

The goal:

• work on an environment they assigment for and investigate it
• collect the pros and cons

We need our www.projectstars.com site to run a lot faster than it is at the moment and wondered if anyone with experience could advise us on a good option for upgrading from our current virtual server. We're using memcache, block caching, and general drupal caching but as most of the site is dynamic I'm guessing that having a fast database server would help.
