#drupalcon

Se acerca DrupalCon Latinamerica http://latinamerica2015.drupal.org y las comunidades de los distintos países ya se están registrando y reservando. Muchos son los que estan preguntando por las actividades de comunidad que vamos a hacer previo y posterior al DrupalCon y creo que debemos iniciar la discusión para planearlas, por favor compartan sus ideas, estas actividades la idea es que se hagan una semana antes y una después del DrupalCon, aquí algunas mías:

• Ciclovía en Bogotá
• Visita a la catedral de sal en el tren de la sabana
• Visita a Villa de Leyva
• Caminata ecologica

Revisando el sitio del drupalcon https://latinamerica2015.drupal.org/ me encuentro que no se están ofreciendo entrenamientos para el event lo cual es un poco desalentador ya que incluso en otros eventos organizados por las comunidades locales se ofrecen día de talleres y entrenamientos como ejemplo DrupalCamp Mexico, DrupalCamp Costa Rica and DrupalCamp Centro América.

Community summit

The aim of the discussion was to talk about how the different local groups are organized and what kind of problems do they find and document all of this so it can be used by potential group organizers.

The attendees of the discussion have different backgrounds, from their location having people from Spain, Czech Republic, Austria, Greece, Brazil, Germany, Scotland, Slovakia, Sweden, Holland, England and France, to their experience organizing groups, having people who has been involved in a group for years to people who wanted to start one.

A DrupalCon Amsterdão 2014 já arrancou oficialmente e começámos o primeiro dia com Training, o Business Summit e o Community Summit.

Temos um pequeno grupo de portugueses cá e gostávamos de marcar alguma presença e de debater alguns temas, especialmente da Comunidade Portuguesa.

Sendo assim, o Community Summit, que dura todo o dia de hoje, parece ser o local ideal para isto. Que temas gostariam de ver debatidos neste Community Summit?

Could anyone take a Drupalcon Amsterdam ticket off my hands for the early bird price? I can no longer go :(

I also bought the one week cycle hire. Please let me know if you'd like that too.

Actual cost to me was £347.82 for the ticket and £40.92 for the cycle hire.

I purchased an early bird ticket for DrupalCon Amsterdam 2014 and am not going to be able to attend. I'm asking $600 US, which would cover my costs. The current regular price is 500 € or about $670 US. Email ticket@dangur.com or call 1 (617) 383-4334.

Hej mina vänner, gamla kollegor, konkurrenter, buksvågrar & annat!

Jag är lite nyfiken på om det är fler från detta härliga forum som ska till DrupalCon Amsterdam i höst (29sep-3okt)?

Vi är tre utvecklare från Impera som ska ner och kommer bo på Novotel Amsterdam City (ca 500 meter från DrupalCon), hoppas vi ses där!

If you made it to Austin I hope you had a great drupalcon! Session videos are now posted and I'm just sitting here rating my sessions and trying to organize and digest what I learned. I'd really like to go back and watch some again and also catch some of the ones that I wanted to see but couldn't.

If you get a second, will you please post your favorites? What stood out? I think between all of us who went, we could quickly get a list together of the very best sessions to watch if you have limited time and want a curated list to pick from.

The agaric team has launched the BETA version of PowerToConnect.com We are using VoIP Drupal to enable Event Organizers and participants to send and receive messages using a regular phone.

BoF (Birds of a feather) organizers can send text updates to interested people that have signed up, or attendees can call +1 617 648-5578 and enter the extension of the BoF to hear updates, or subscribe to a Bof and receive txt updates.
