Drupal 8 Play Date (Sept 26)
Drupal 8 is almost ready! For a few moments (last week), we were down to only 3 critical issues. Since then the number has bumped back up into the teens. But with DrupalCon Barcelona coming next week, the chances are very good that we'll see some significant movement - with a release candidate in the very near future!
Let's celebrate by having a hands-on PLAY DATE with DRUPAL EIGHT.
This will be a great opportunity for beginners and advanced coders alike to get an introduction to Drupal 8 and start setting up a site of their own.

The DrupalCorn Camp organizing committee is requesting any groups or individuals that are interested in becoming a host location/camp lead for the 2016 DrupalCorn Camp to fill out the Host Application form by July 27 11:59pm. The form consists of some basic contact information, potential venues/locations as well as your reasoning, in a few short paragraphs, why you think DrupalCorn Camp would work well in your location.
