Views (D7): Rewrite output with PHP code ...or other solution for API data
Drupal 7:
I have a custom node field for Yelp ID. I want to use that to pull in Yelp data via Views. Was considering rewriting the Yelp ID field output with the API pull code, but no input filter to allow PHP. In my research, I found a Views PHP module, but it is in dev with lots of bug issues.
Anyone have any other ideas for approach? I've experimented with a few, but seems there must be something more eloquent.

Have a new client who has a retail shop with part rental business -- daily, 3-day, weekly rentals of leisure equipment. They currently have a horrible, but well meaning, static HTML site, and no real understanding of the power or glory of CMS/Drupal. If affordable, they'd like some kind of online ordering/reserving option. They manually process orders now (as in people phone them with credit card #), so they could have a low-tech solution (with room to grow) that still would be an upgrade.

This month I'll be doing a walkthrough of using Commerce Kickstart (a Drupal distro that will get you 90% of the way of having your Drupal Commerce site up and running). We'll walk through installing Commerce Kickstart, installing additional modules and discussing how Products are setup and if we have enough time, go over Rules in Drupal Commerce (the true power in Drupal Commerce).

Greetings, y'all.
Any chance for remote participation at the Radiance location? (I know there isn't at Cocoa Village.) I'm away from Brevard County right now, and no meetups within even a 120-mile radius. I might be the only Drupaler in this here Drupal dessert.

My Company is Hiring
Hi Guys -
My company is looking to bring on one or two Drupal developers to join our small team. We are a small, but growing part of a large firm that services a very large international client with dozens of international sites. We are working on a platform to migrate many of the sites to, and so as they migrate, our need for Drupal support will continue to grow.
Drupal Coworking Friday (Orlando, FL)
Orlando will be one of the host cities for the first Drupal Coworking Friday. So if you are a Drupal Professional and would like to work along side other Drupal Professionals come out and cowork with us. We'll be at UrbanReThink on January 27th 2012 in the "Garage" all day long (The UrbanReThink cost will be covered by Mediacurrent.)
There are plenty of good restaurants around Urban ReThink so we'll probably do lunch "out" and possibly dinner/drinks afterwards. (Meals will be the responsibility of the attendees.)

Help! I think I've bitten off more than I can chew as my first Drupal site-build. I am building a Drupal commerce site for a coin & jewelry store. I am willing to pay a reasonable rate/fee to an experienced Drupal commerce site-builder to get together 2 or 3 times (as needed) to get me through some sticking points, etc.
Thank you!
Reply and I'll send anyone interested my contact info. I live on the west side of Orlando.

Read morere-using registration over multiple years
Hi. Last year I made a registration form for an artist group for their yearly event. I made a content profile (called it artist_profile) and as the artists filled out the form for registration, they were filling out their artist profile. I created a view that was populated as each registration was completed. (http://www.maoas.com/dev/drupal/participants2010) It all worked fine. But I didn't think ahead! This is an event that will happen every year. So....
I need to create a new registration for this year.
I need the new view to be created for this year's artists.
